In this section, we’ve listed answers to the questions that we get asked the most to help provide you with further information about our services and help you understand how it works. Do we need to fill an entire container for import?
No, we have many options for part, mixed and full containers depending on the size and type of product that you are looking to import.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Generally speaking yes, but this quantity varies depending on what product/s you are looking to import. We’ll be happy to advise once we know more details.
Will there be additional charges for duty and delivery?
All our quotes are provided on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis which simply means that we will handle all delivery and import duty costs on your behalf and the price you get quoted is the price you pay.
Do you provide product samples for quality checking purposes?
Yes, absolutely. Your product order will not go into full production until you have approved the sample product.
Are products tested to EU and UK standards?
All products are fully certified and tested to UK, EU or other market standards with regular inspections to check on compliance.
Do shipments always arrive on time?
For the most part yes, but not always as due to events outside of our control such as vessel issues, weathers and customs clearance, shipments are occasionally delayed.
What is the payment schedule?
The usual payment schedule for customers is deposit when order placed and balance payment on completion of production, before the goods are shipped. But we are open to discuss other terms.
